Is there a way to hide the facebook link

    You can do it from your theme. Plugin just imports comments. If you want to hide some part of them, do that from your theme.

    I searched inside my theme but I can’t see where to set it. The field “website” is actually automatically filled with the facebook link of the author who post the comment.

    My fear is when that person will delete his account from facebook, there will be thousands of dead links and dead images on my site ??
