Is there a way to keep past events viewable by admins in the event list (admin)?

    So I found that past events are hidden in the events list in admin even if I try to have it show the published ones. Is there a setting that will set these to not be hidden by default? We want to be able to still easily see past events for archival purposes.

  • Camille, are past events not visible in the calendar?

    Hi @tammo59, sorry, I encountered an error. Should be back now. Past events are showing. But not on my admin page. (I’ve updated the top post.)

    Events Manager uses the future scope by default.
    Past events are indeed very viewable, but as archives ??

    You can use the filter “All Events” in the admin to show past event.

    When multiple people cannot see something that is in the interface, the interface designer should do a better job. But I know that that can be very difficult…

    They are using the standard WP interface… I “hold my heart” for Gutenberg. Seen the demo and HATE that interface.

    Same here, guess Gutenberg is going to be a nightmare for editors and people that have to explain the flow of creating and editing to users.

    But let’s not make Camille afraid of WordPress here… ??

    I already have the “Classic Editor” Plugin all fired up, here.

    I wrote a (very) bad review on Gutenberg. The developer was not happy. LOL
