Is there a way to make individual payment links for each customer?

I am selling a book (released on June 9) using Print on Demand. The printing house in Sweden handles the delivery of the book. However, I have customers who want to purchase the book from other parts of the world, including South and North America, Australia, and various countries in Europe.
Unfortunately, the shipping cost from the printing house is quite high for these international orders. To address this issue, I have decided to order a few books myself and personally deliver them to customers who live far away.
To facilitate this process, customers can fill out a form with their details, and I will calculate the shipping cost for them. Then, I will provide them with a payment link for the total amount. This method seems like the simplest way to handle the situation.
I am wondering if WooCommerce could be a suitable platform for implementing this solution. If it is, what specific features or settings should I consider? Alternatively, if there is a better and simpler solution available, I would appreciate any recommendations or suggestions.
