• Where are the styling customizations stored at? Is it possible to put them in a child theme so the plugin doesn’t have to be used? I’m afraid of the plugin having conflict issues but if I put the Woo email templates in a child theme I think that’s a more stable way of overriding the Woo templates.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The plugin has its own function to apply and override the email templates of the WooCommerce plugin. Additionally, there are a lot of options that are dynamically set so just copying the plugin’s template file within your theme may not work.

What you want may not be possible but for now, I’ll pass this on to the developer to see if there is a way to do that.

    Kind Regards,
    Karla

    Hi,
Just to further clarify. There is not a way to just override templates, you need the whole plugin running for the styling to work.

    Ben
