I need to find download logs for a certain order and it seems like I can find them under Reports -> Customer Downloads

However, all downloads are just dumped there in chronological order without any option to search them, only filter by product or filter by order, etc. I’m looking for an order from 3 months ago, and I have 500 pages of logs with no way to jump more than 1 page. Does that mean I have to just keep tapping “next” and go through at least 200 pages of logs to get there? There must be a better way..

    Thanks!

    Hi @katerila ,

I need to find download logs for a certain order

May I know what you’re looking for in the log? If you need to find out how many times a particular product was downloaded by the particular order, then you can see that data on the order page under “Downloadable Product Permissions” section as seen in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Vn4q75

Other than that, the download log does not currently have a feature to filter the log based on order number.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
