Is there a way to set Globe Multisite Settings?

Yes.. I’m working on some multisite options. I hardly ever use multi-site… so I’ve neglected that part of the plugin. Bad author, Bad!! ??

Ummm… one way to copy the settings from one blog to another would be to copy over the settings arrays.

This can easily be done within the WP admin panel using a plugin called “Tweak Options”.

If this is something you would like to try… let me know, and I’ll try to type out some quick instructions on the process.

Otherwise, I’ll try to get to some multi-site options in the next update.

Thank you for the reply. I don’t mind doing it via “Tweak Options” but it isn’t of a priority need, only more like a short-term solution when the time comes to copy settings over (since I haven’t decided on the final settings yet, learning as I go).

But since you have it on your plate anyway, I’d wait for it instead. No rush. It’s not like the world will end suddenly without multisite options :p

No updates except that it has moved further up the priority list, since we have been making some great progress with new implementations.

This will probably be the next big item I address. I want to work on both Multi-site options.. as well as some user roles options.

So, it is still very important to use… but we have been putting out other fires recently.

We will try not to make it too long before we have something for everyone to test.

Okay… I’m ready to begin tackling this.

However, I never use multi-site. There is going to be a slight learning curve associated here.

What I could really use, is someone who is familiar with multi-site who doesn’t mind working with me for a bit… pointing out where the plugin is failing or struggling with multi-site.
