I like the carousel, but is there a way to slow the scroll? I don’t like the speed that is shifts. I like the calming scroll of this slider: Example Slider

I know that one is based on an Owl Slider (from looking through the Chrome Developer’s tools), but I like the way the scroll is so slow as it moves. Even though I’m not a coder, I am comfortable going in and editing code, if someone tells me what to do. ??

Thank you for your time and your carousel!

Please use Below shortcode settings to adjust your Speed:
autoplay_speed=”1000″ (default, change it to any preferable value)
speed=”3000″ (default, Control the speed of the slider by changing the value here)

See plugin description for more settings and clarification

    Hi @sajjad67,

When I used that as built in to the plugin, all it did was change how long it waited before moving, not the speed of the actually move. That is the difference I am looking for. I understand how to adjust in the plugin how much time it waits before moving. What I want to do is slow the movement, as the item slides to the left. Like in a car, the difference in the car going 70 mph/kph and the car going 30 mph/kph.

Does that make sense? Not how long it waits before moving, but how slowly it moves.

    Hi Sajjad,

Sorry, I didn’t realize that the “speed” was a new parameter that I had to add to the code, since it wasn’t built in. I have added it, put the shortcode in a text widget and it is now working.

(I have a message for my theme’s support, because the slider is going full page width, instead of lining up with the other widgets on the page.)

    Thanks!
