• Hi,

Thank you for sharing your work.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to track the URL where the support form was used. I have this e-learning project using Lifter LMS and I need an easy way for the enrolled students to ask questions from their lessons. It’s important for the trainer answering questions to know the exact lesson where the students are at, including an URL as a hidden-field would help a lot.

Also, do users have to have a specific account to be able to see their tickets? Can they be regular WordPress users?

    Thanks.

    álvaro

    Hi álvaro
Thanks for your request. First of all – users can be regular WP users, even they can be a non-WP users. Our plugin creates WP account automatically for new users.

As for your main question, I can say that now we can’t track which page (URL) collect request. BUT we have a contact form constructor, so you can add a new form to the additional field “Course name”. In this case, you will see that field on the contact form.

Please write us on our support and I will tell you that details.
