I have a live site with a coming soon page. I need to test various site aspects as a logged-out user and I thought that your plugin may allow for me to take down the coming soon page and test as a logged-out user without having to worry about the many visitors per day that I get to my coming soon page and them gaining access to the actual site. But in your plugin description, you state, “Only administrators can access the staging website. Login with the same credentials you use on your production site.” Is there any way whatsoever to allow an admin to view the staging site as a logged-out user? There is literally like 10 different things I have to test as a logged-out user that I’ve saved up. Such an option would greatly help me and I am sure other developers would also appreciate this option in your plugin.

Okay, I am pretty sure that I have answered my own question. If I check the box, “Disable admin authorization” will that allow me to do what I want to do? I’ll clone my site and try it now.

    Hello @natip100

Yes, you are on the right track. You can allow access to your staging site by activating that option.

My experience is that that has to be checked or unchecked prior to the cloning operating to be effective. Am I mistaken? Sites that I’ve already created are not affected by that option.

No, this should be working. To do so you need to activate the setting on your staging site, not on the production site.
