Is There a WordPress Plugin Like This?

Hello,
I just got a call from a potential client and he’s interested in setting up a site that buys cell phones. He has a feature that he wants to use in his own site, but it’s not something I’m particularly familiar with.

I was wondering if anyone has seen a plugin that functions like the one on this site, https://www.sellyourcell.com. You just start to enter the type of phone and it creates a list of phones you might be trying to type.

I tried to look it up in the plugin directory, but I don’t even know what category something like this would be in. So, even if you don’t know of a plugin that does this, if you happen to know how to describe what type of plugin this is, I would appreciate it.
