Is there a “YouTube & Text” block ?!

Hi,

I’m pretty happy with the Media & Text block since I found out how to handle margins properly with CSS. However, under many cirucmstances, I’d be even more happy, if I could replace the “media” by a YouTube, or self-hosted video.

Can I expect this to happen any soon?
