The support here is dedicated to our Polylang Pro and/or Polylang for WooCommerce customers.
The community handles the support forum on www.ads-software.com.
As our Premium support is not free, if you need further assistance please provide me with a license key (obtained when you purchase our plugins). We have an automatic detection of the license if you use the same email for your purchase and your support request.
Once this is sorted out, could you please give me the Site Health info (Tools > Site Health > Info tab > click on Copy site info to clipboard)? It will allow me to know more about your installation and your Polylang settings. Could you please send a video showing your issue?
