Is there an easy way to add images to posts?

So far this plugin looks great, using v1.7.5, seems to work fine although adding images seems tedious, is there an easy way for users to upload images? I don’t feel very confident about getting an answer as from what I see on the Vasthtml support forums nothing ever gets answered.
