Is there an issue with Recaptcha?

I’ve had to disable recaptcha (V3) as I keep getting ‘ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type’ on all registration forms with captcha enabled. This obviously leaves my site vulnerable to registration attacks.

So far I’ve tried without success:

1) Creating a brand new captcha key at google and updating ERForms with the new key
2) Double checking the keys are pasted in correctly with no spaces
3) Clearing all site caches and browser caches

Any one else getting this issue, and any ideas on a potential fix?
