  • Hi there @jenniker6b47,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing a delay in synchronizing your orders to the posts table, which is causing a temporary absence of data in your WooCommerce Analytics prior to June 1, 2024.

Just to clarify, as you’re dealing with large amounts of about 50,000, it is normal to take some time, but this shouldn’t take so long to have the products synced correctly. Could you please clarify how long it has been since you tried syncing the products?

Is there an option to synchronize the orders via the WP CLI?

You can also use the command-line interface (CLI) command?wp wc cot sync?to copy orders from the?_posts?table to HPOS tables. More information can be found here.

Also, here’s a detailed explanation on HPOS CLI Tools.

    I hope this information helps.

Thanks @ckadenge. The HPOS CLI Tools is what I was looking for.

The issue with the syncing of the products, it was hanging for about 2 hours and it didn’t process 1 order. I cleared all the cache in the database and that fixed it.

    Hi @jenniker6b47,

I’m glad we were able to help!
