Typically we would either use a taxonomy identifier this (like setting the trigger to only run actions if the post has a “Post to Social” tag), but you could also use action conditions (with the Pro version) to target some posts with a certain identifier only. It is not possible for Automator to add a checkbox to edit post pages to control where or not they are shared, but it should be pretty easy to manage this with taxonomies (usually tags) in the trigger instead.
