Is there any shortcodes?

    Do we have any shortcodes to display this opening tickets, new tickets for the users and the admin? for admin to display on the dashboard. and in the same page, can we add opening tickets and support tickets using shortcodes?

    You can use [supportcandy] shortcode to have all the functionality on the page. It allows users to create new tickets, open existing tickets, admin can view and manage the tickets, and guest can create new ticket(if allowed).
