Hiding User-Only Page via Search

We have a site used by internal employees and are planning on having this same site be able to be accessed by external representatives and have a few questions if you would be able to help answer them.

Questions:
We want our internal employees to have access to all the content on the site. They should be able to search and find any article/page that is posted. We have external representatives who we want to have access to a paired down version of the site. The external reps would only be able to search for and navigate to the pages that we want them to see. If they do not have permission to an article/page they shouldn’t even know it’s there (i.e. it doesn’t come up when they search or navigate the site). Is this possible with this plugin?
