Hey…is there any way to make this fixed instead of only appearing when scroll down? its hard because my page has a lot of things below the new like facebook buttoms , twitter, comment form and its hard for the customer to know that there is something more if he scrolls more! I wanna make this fixed or at least when scroll only for a bit
