Is there some hook for post count in manage posts admin?

  • Is it possible to tweak the managing posts admin area where the posts count appears (Own (15)/All posts (30)/Published (24)/Drafts(4)/Trash(2))?

    I want to make some changes, to remove “All posts” and add some text between the remaining.
