    Hi @leofficial

Imagify is fully GDPR compatible and doesn’t store any information from your website or your visitors. The only information we store is what you provided during your order/purchase, and that information is stored on servers in Europe.

When optimizing images, they may be stored on our servers for varying amounts of time, depending on the situation, and this is outlined in #23 of our Terms of Service (https://imagify.io/terms/).

For images optimized via the WordPress Plugin, copies remain on our servers for 1 hour and then are deleted.

For images optimized via the online Imagify App, copies remain on our servers for a bit longer since (unlike when using the WordPress plugin) there is nowhere else to store the optimized versions. So images are stored for the following amounts of time:

    ? Free Starter plan – 24 hours
? Any paid plan –  Until your subscription ends

Your images are also protected through #9 Rights to Data Uploaded of our terms of service (https://imagify.io/terms/):

“The uploading of images and PDF files on IMAGIFY by the Customer does not entail transfer of the intellectual property rights in the said images or PDF files.”

We don’t use your images for any kind of analysis either. We don’t even record basic information like the website the images are coming from.

Let me know if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help.

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna
