Is this a bot who hacked me?

    I’m new using Cerber, and right now I’m paying more attention to the suspicious activity bar. I found this in the Cerber records, added this IP on the blacklist, and disabled the REST API. However, when I did that, I was logged off. I think this is not my IP, because mine appears as another one, an IPV4 in Cerber’s records, but I found it weird. Is this IP from a bot who hacked me?
