Is this a cookie problem

    I’ve just moved my wordpres site to a new web host. since then I’ve noticed three things not working right…

    1. I no longer get an email whenever a new comment is added.

    2. The Smart Comments plugin does not allow you to mark all comments read.

    3. I have to keep logging in to my admin account wheras before I stayed logged in permanently.

    I’m thinking this may be a cookie prblem?
