Is this a placeholder or not?

Currently, there is some discussion in the Dutch translation community if this: https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/email-customizer-and-designer-for-woocommerce/tags/1.0.5/includes/class-awecm-front-end.php#L1239
Is a placeholder or not. Can we translate “order” or not.
And if you better not translate it, I’d recommend either not including it with a text domain OR putting a translators note with it!
