Hi, I’m testing out the plugin and it looks great!

I am a bit confused though — after I copy the Amazon link for my first book (which has my own affiliate link embedded), and I publish, the link changes to a different ending which looks like someone else’s affiliate link:

    ?tag=ammbt-20

I added a second book, and its URL also changed to include:

    ?tag=ammbt-20

Can you please help me to understand what that code is?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi @webgirlie,

When setting up the plugin you should have seen a confirmation screen that looks like this.

This message is intended to explain this behavior. These tags added to the URLS are our affiliate link tags, which are added in order to allow further development of MyBookTable. We put a lot of time and effort into fixing bugs, providing support, and creating new features for MyBookTable which would not be possible without financial support. If you would like to help support us directly and remove or replace these affiliate tags, please consider purchasing a MyBookTable Upgrade plugin from our website here. Alternatively, you can simply entirely disable the buy buttons that include affiliate links in your MyBookTable install by going to the “Earn” tab on the MyBookTable settings page, and scrolling down to the “Amazon and Barnes & Noble Buy Buttons enabled!” message, and hitting the “Disable” button.
