    Hi SV, is this app being sunsetted? We haven’t seen an update in over 8 months and we’re concerned for our clients that are using this app.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Can you help me understand why you haven’t released any updates for those app in the last 8 plus months?

    Just curious seeing as WooCommerce has had several releases in that time. I just want to make sure that our clients are best served by app developers who are updating their apps accordingly.

    If you’re not the right person to explain then please let me know who is.

    Hi @serafinnyc ,

    While I would not be able to give you an exact reason for delay, I do know that our product team has been working to bring WooCommerce HPOS compatibility across all our plugins, including Extra Product Sorting Options.

    Additionally, we have only recently received a bug report for the plugin. We sent that up to our product team to review as well.

    I hope that helps paint a picture of what we are working on as far as future updates go!

    Thanks. That’s fine. Would just like to see some progress or updates on the matter. For now we’ll advise the client to remove your app.
