Is this base64 code related to plugin?

Hi there

I have been using your plugin for a while and quite satisfied with it. Part of the site is a small web directory.

In an unrelated issue, Wordfence has been reporting some phishing links in cached code by Super Cache related to a number of directory listings. A support requested has been posted to Wordfence to help understand & probably solve this. However in the file code, which Wordfence reports as problematic for different listings, because of containing these problematic links, I noted some base64 code.

I have no coding experience, but in the past all base64 related code has been very problematic and injected by some evil elements.

Is this part of the ad blocker plugin and useful, or some problematic code?
