• Hi,

    We just upgraded our server to PHP 7 and this plugin started throwing errors:

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromstring() in /home/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php:208
    Stack trace:
    #0 /home/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php(591): Structuring_Markup_Display->get_image_dimensions('https://movietv...')
    #1 /home/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php(118): Structuring_Markup_Display->set_schema_news_article(Array)
    #2 /home/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php(47): Structuring_Markup_Display->get_schema_data('post', Array)
    #3 /home/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php(27): Structuring_Markup_Display->set_schema(Object(Structuring_Markup_Admin_Db))
    #4 /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/wp-structuring-markup.php(239): Structuring_Markup_Di in /home/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-display.php on line 208

    This made all of our articles pages just give the dreaded wordpress white blank page. Once we deactivated the plugin, everything went back to normal.

    Thanks!

    Do you mean there’s going to be an update to the plugin?

    PHP7 is doing wonders for servers but I’m seeing that many plugins are definitely going to be affected by the upgrade.

    Thanks.
