    Hi,

My WooCommerce Status dashboard gives me the notice that the current version of WooCommerce Menu Cart is not compatible with the active (most recent) version of WooCommerce. Is this correct?

I’m asking since I’m having issues with the number of products being displayed. In many cases the number of products shown in the Menu Cart, when on the homepage, differs from the actual number of products that’s really in the cart.

I believe when on a product page the shown number of products is correct, when on any other page it may be more than the actual number, or just zero.

    Best regards,
    Tobias van Krieken

    Hello Tobias,
The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce 3.3.4. Are you using any caching plugins like W3 Total cache? If you enable the “Cart” widget (Appearance > Widgets), does this have the same issues? This is a good way to test if the issue is with Menu Cart itself or perhaps WooCommerce wide. What you describe does sound like an issue with (server side) caching.

Let me know what you find!

    Hi!

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve tested it, and when the plugin is deactivated the problem still persists. We are using a caching plugin, but that should be excluding the cart. I will send them a message.

Good to know your plugin is compatible.

    Thanks.
