• Hi support team,

First of all thanks for the great plugin.

As I am using 12.6.13 and after seeing the errors in new versions I have not updated the plugin, so far so good things are going good.

I am planning to update the plugin WP statistics and my PHP version is 7.4.3. the new release 13.0.4 is it good to go?

there will not be any issues again which I am observing in the forum?

    Please confirm,

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for using our plugin.

Please note that 200k users updated the plugin to 13.0.4 and only a few of them faced issues and we have been trying hard to fix the issues and make them satisfied as well, and keep the plugin totally clean and useful.

So I can offer to update the plugin and check it out yourself.

Please let me know the result.

    Happy Holidays!
    Best,

    Hello,
You share that you are working hard, noticing that since the beginning of this problem there are already 2-3 new versions, but they do not have a fix related to this problem indicated by these few people.
I am part of them :(.

Could you share in what period the expectation is to be resolved?
    Have cases already been resolved?
What is the result with them?

My questions are related to this information, as this problem indicates a large influence of the SEO part of the site on search engines. And if you notice it by chance as I saw it, your rating drops a lot, as it gives 404 error for the links to your site (posts, pages, products …)

    Thanks in advance,
    Paul

    Hi again,

Did you test our latest version Paul? We released v13.0.5 and we resolved the problems in this version.

Please test it and let us know the result.

    Belated Merry Christmas!

    Best,

    Hi,

No, I haven’t tested it, because I’m waiting for someone to confirm that the problem is solved :). Today I will make the update and write more.

Thanks for the feedback ?? and Merry Christmas!

    Paul

I *did* test 13.0.5. The fatal PHP error still exists. I posted the PHP error log in some other thread, but you (software developers) probably do not read those messages thoroughly enough.
If you did so, you would have known the reason for the issue, and could have reacted properly. You can’t just purge a complete folder structure with all the classes needed, place them somewhere else, but have a call inside your update procedure which tries to use files in that deleted folder structure.
This is an issue which I would have expected from some bloody amateurs, who publish software without testing.
For everyone that comes across the issue: After updating the plugin, you will not be able to access the admin dashboard (because meanwhile there has been that fatal PHP error which has not been caught properly). Instead, start the frontend of your site (which will definitely continue working), and afterwards login as usual. That should work.
