Is this plugin a part of WordPress? How is it reinistalling after i delete it?

    Nevermind this was address. Issue was it was the same Name as another plugin “Shortcodes”. The two were conflicting. That author changed their name, but i also recommend you do the same Dinesh as its too generic.

    Is “Shortcodes” plugin in your mu-plugins directory?
