• The plugin author’s last post here is dated two months ago, and my support ticket on the plugin’s official forum (submitted over a week ago) hasn’t even been reviewed yet. When a customer’s booking engine is malfunctioning, a week’s time is far too long and it’s certainly costly.

Is this plugin still actively maintained and supported?

  • I reported a problem with my installation and my Questions havent even been approved. My customer is treating legal action since they havent had any bookings for 2 weeks now. They are ringing around telling everybody the Booking system is not working. They are losing business and I am losing business. Time to look for another plugin I guess.

Hi @beerallica @twanny there were some delays due to new version prep. Will process all questions asap from this point. Sorry for waiting.

It’s been well over a month now and the author’s responses are rare, hasty and inefficient. Nikola, I now require a full refund for at least the one installation that you failed to provide support for. I will never ever use this or any other plugin or piece of software of yours. Being busy and slow is understandable, but dude, you seriously make m think you’re on my competitors’ payroll. Shame.?
