Is this plugin being actively developed?

Is there anyone actively maintaining this plugin?
It looks like it could be very useful, but I’ve had problems getting it to work on v4.4 – the plugin loads, but none of the panels are displayed on the frontend.
I’ve hardcoded a fix for this in my local copy, but after a quickl search I couldn’t find an repo for Debug Bar 0.8.2 on github, so I wasn’t able to fork the code and merge in any recent updates either
