Is this plugin compatible with v3.5.1

I accidentally found on this plugin. Very interesting. A lot of people made ??a download but support is empty, there are no reviews … That is why I am interested in the following:

1.- Is this plugin compatible with WP v3.5.1 ?
2.- Does this plugin to keep pace with changes 2CheckOut ?
