    Hmmm … I’ll answer my own question, after some thorough googling and tackling with this issue, in case anybody else has the same questions or thoughts.

    YES — this plugin is multisite compatible. ??

    Yes! In fact, it ONLY works on multisite (so far as I know).

    That’s kinda the whole intent of the plugin: cloning sub-sites within a multisite deployment.
