Is this plugin still being supported?

I’m investigating options for having both local pickup and free shipping on a single product, for a single country, added to a client’s website. This plugin looks like it MIGHT do what I want it to but the last update is 9 months old and I’m not seeing a lot of replies to threads in the support queue, so I’m wondering if the developers of this plugin are still supporting this through upgrades to WordPress and woocommerce or if this is an abandoned plugin?
