Is this plugin still supported?

I am trying to re-develop an Awin aggregator website using this plugin. Information on how to use this and what to expect from it is quite sparse. Someone mentioned help pages, but I am unable to locate these. The support questions I found here are largely unanswered. Is this forum monitored by the plugin developers? Any clarification or help is greatly appreciated.
