Is this plugin still supported?

I noticed that this plugin has not been updated in 6 months and there are no support responses here on this forum. Is plugin support being discontinued?
Specifically many are having an issue after WP update 6.4.2 where the icon is no longer being displayed. Fortunately another user included some css in a post which fixed the problem but this should be incorporated and released if plugin is still being maintained.

My website running with WordPress 6.4. 3 and Accessibility icon was not appearing on my website too. Then, I just copied the whole html tag from their website and pasted on website just after starting <body> tag and it did a trick ??
