Plugin is supported when there major issue. It’s not much big plugin which requires lots of support. Basic functionality which saves enough of time. The tickets not answered are mostly answered through email cause most of them contacted through email later when they not able to solve. Plugin is straight forward do what it says. If it’s not working, check for default classes of woocommerce mostly removed by custom theme. Find any issue, ask for support. As it’s free, I mostly support in free time as I have 2 more paid plugin over codecanyon which also requires few support every week.
