Is this plugin work with existing images in Media?

    I have installed this plugin and the above mentioned site but I am not sure that is the plugin working properly or not. Because there are no any setting options or anything. Just install and activate it and do nothing. I tried but seems like not working as my images are still missing alt texts. Can anyone please help?
