I have checked your screenshot. It looks like a group of buttons rather than a menu. Anyway, you can use the vertical menu option of the wp megamenu.

Thanks for the replay, also what about the image and text box with link there doesnt seem to be an option for that. Thanks again for your help.

Yes, you can do that. Just create a row and add three columns. Then use image widget for column one, text/custom HTML widget for column two, and custom HTML widget for column three.
