Is this possible for a bi-lingual install?

  • Several months into the build of a website (using WP3.0 and Pods), my client has requested that it be bi-lingual (despite not being quoted for this!).

    I would like to know if it’s possible, either using multisite or some clever themeing, to create a bi-lingual website (English and Welsh). The basic idea is this:

    – the content itself is either in both languages or one language but must be posted from a single WP Admin area.

    – the interface, ie. pages names, headings – anything that isn’t ‘content’ would be in the single language.

    Is it possible to get two installs getting their content from the same database?
