Is this possible with Premium?

Perhaps you could specify your question a bit further, so I know which exact feature you are referring to? Then I’ll be able to tell you whether the desired behavior is possible in the Free plugin, or if it might be exclusive to the Premium plugin.

Yes, the attached website uses the Free version of Complianz, so you can indeed create a similar Cookie Banner to the one seen on that website. They use an ‘older’ version of Complianz though, so your default styles after setting up the plugin will look a bit different.

The other pop-up though, which is the “Disclaimer” that appears behind the Cookie Banner, is not implemented using Complianz.
