Is this right for me?

I am assisting a Recruitment Business in setting up a new website and I am struggling to find a plugin or system to suit their needs.Basically, we want a plugin which allows admin to manage new & existing workers and company profiles. We need workers to be able to register online & make an account where they fill in details and custom forms admin can collect for recruiting. We would also need to be able to set up profiles and job vacancies for companies. We also want jobs listed on our website for job seekers to search & view.
The theme that was purchased from a previous designer has limitations as what we can do. But here is a list of our most important features we are looking for:
1. Allow job seekers to register & login online
2. Allow employees to login & fill out customized forms created in back end by admin
3. Only allow admin to create and manage employer profiles – no access by employers
4. Allow admin to create forms in back end which is accessible for all employees to fill when logged inWe are also hoping to:
1. Allow employees to fill in time sheets in backend
2. Possibly link time sheets to payroll
But its looking like we might need to get a 3rd party plugin.Does your plugin offer the above, if not do you have any suggestions?
