I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that you aren’t developing this any longer? I have tried to log into my “Pro Account” on Woolentor.com and I get a 500 error and I had to jump through hoops to find somewhere to download templates and ended up on https://clientportal.hasthemes.com.

I tried to submit a support ticket but that page doesn’t work either. Clicking submit does nothing.

For some reason I don’t feel so comfortable building something with this at all.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you very much for reaching out to us ??

We are truly sorry to hear about the troubles you had. It was quite an unexpected issue to happen.

But we can assure you that there is nothing to be worried about. We’ll definitely help you resolve the issue. Since you are using the premium version, could you please create a support ticket from the link below?
