    Hello

I installed this and after putting in my cpanel details as it asked it says I need to create DNS records as I can’t park my main domain (which are already there).

In The main setup page nothing is clickable.

As I can see in this forum I apparently tried this before and thus had forgotten but now trying to give it another chance.

You expect users to pay for pro like most plugin owners but how do you expect the user to 1) pay for something that 10 isn’t supported at all and 2) pay for something that doesn’t work right to begin with in basic.

You have 24hrs to answer and answering with more than “create a support ticket ” or I will report this plugin as useless and unsupported.

    Cheers

    Just saw there website.

this is not a plugin that allows you to do what it says UNLESS you transfer your domains to their servers.

So basically this plugin is NOTHING MORE than a means of advertising to get new customers to host on their servers and really has nothing to do with allowing you to use this plugin for anything else than creating new accounts with them through your WP admin by gathering all your users details directly into their servers.

Basically this plugin is a total scam and nothing more.

@phil1000 Thank you for posting that you are experiencing some technical difficulties using our cPanel E-Mail Manager Plugin. In order to resolve your concerns, we ask that you create a support ticket through our main website, which will allow us to correspond in a secure manner and work to resolve your issues effectively. When you open your support ticket, can you please let me know if you are using the multi-site version of WordPress or stand-alone? In the stand-alone version, it should automatically pull your cPanel’s primary domain and should not be prompting you to register any DNS settings. In the multi-site version, if the main domain of the multi-site you are trying to configure the cPanel E-Mail Manager plugin on does not match your cPanel account’s main domain, it may prompt you to register the domain of the current WordPress multi-site site in your cPanel’s DNS settings. One other thing you might want to check is to enable debugging mode in WordPress and then access the plugin page, just to ensure that the reason for the cPanel error isn’t being caused from a configuration or communication issue, which is preventing the cPanel API from operating correctly.

Regarding your comment about transferring domains and DNS, no where on our website does it mention the need to transfer any domains or data to our servers in order to use this plugin, nor do we require it. I have seen rogue websites out there advertising our plugin and that may be what you have run into. Our official plugin web page can be seen here: https://insyncbusinessgroup.com/products/wordpress-plugins/cpanel-e-mail-manager-plugin/.

    Best Regards,
    Matt
