    Losing Customers because the search function can’t find products I know are there and sought after. Customer Service responded quickly to my first request for help, asking me to send screen shots of the massive number of settings (about 5 pages). Haven’t had any response since then.

    Been through the settings repeatedly, rebuilt the index multiple times. When searching for some of our best selling (in-store) items, the top search results are events that are months past. For example, search for “tree” and results include events that don’t have the search term anywhere in the title, tags or body of the event.
