Is this the theme for me?

I am VERY new to this and need to know if this theme will work for me. I need a directory that will allow for a first category of 50 states, then unlimited cities within those states, then unlimited categories such as auto repair, beauty salons, etc. I also need to have a map like Google maps or something that you could click on to get to the area you want if you chose to do that instead of the above search perimeters. Also, I don’t want things like “claim this listing” etc. Are those removable? {I apologize for my ignorance}
So, in looking at the vantage theme – are all of those headings (buttons) customizable and are the above requirements available for this theme? If not, could you direct me to something that would better fit my needs?
