I really like this theme, but it seems that nobody supports it? What should I do – find another theme instead? Is that safer?

    Hi again,
I have now registred as a member. Can’t find out how to edit text on frontpage and placeholders. Can you please guide me to a forum or just tell me where I can find information/documentation? As you can understand, I’m a newbie ??

I also upgraded to the pro version, but I have not received the download link yet.

    Hi
I have to echo the other member above, there is no support or if it is, it’s hidden or the hardest thing in the world to find. I see no documentation for the FREE theme and when i get to your site its like a bait and switch because the free them that available in www.ads-software.com is not what’s free on your site.

After I log onto your site there is nothing about documentation support. I found THE LINK only by walking through every piece of navigation and still nothing tells me how to replace the images in the slider.

Then I found a place somewhere in here and said to do it via FTP and still the only images that work in the slider are your own.

So not trying to beat you up but every question here seems to get a fast answer that the theme is alive but there is never an answer that solves the problem that was asked.

So is the only answer buy your upgraded theme and the theme supplied as free in wordpress .org is not free at all.

Sorry but like other, I spent time and hours trying to work with what seems like a great them and yet no documentation is readily available.

Other theme guys make docs available and are clear on whats paid and whats not – hopefully I will be proven wrong cause some one will come on say here is a link to doc that are real doc s or something.

As you can see above, gregoryburrus, I purchased the pro version, but I’m still struggelig with this theme. It’s a pity, since I think it is a great theme. I miss a proper documentation, that’s all. The information in the links above is more like a change log….

If you need support for your pro version, you need to discuss this with your theme’s vendors rather than on www.ads-software.com forums.

I agree with Gregoryburrus above. Very poor directions, poor English, no support and lots of things don’t work. I am very disappointed that WP does not vet these themes. Wasted work!

@gayle – it’s always unfortunate and surely frustrating when a theme falls short in any way, including support, but just so you know, WordPress does test all themes quite extensively before they are allowed on the repository – see this for more details: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Theme_Review (The Theme Review Team actually works really hard – as volunteers at this important job.)

Don’t forget too, that themes here are FREE as is the support, and many developers have to earn a living aside from any work or support they do here.

It’s generally a good idea to look at the theme’s support forum and review page when you are looking at new themes…also perhaps how many times it’s been downloaded, how recently updated, etc.

I hope you can find another theme that will work well for you and has better support.
