    Just wondering if this theme is still being developed and updated. Last update was August 2022. And when I look at recent support requests in this forum I don’t find any replies from the publisher of this theme in the last 4 months. Just wondering if it’s time to move onto to an actively supported theme.

    Great question! I just purchased a lifetime subscription, reached out to support, waited 48 hours for a reply. When I didn’t hear anything, I reached out again, then got a very vague reply to my support issue.

    I reached back out to Press Customizr theme support this morning, for clarification on what was sent to me. Not very quick support, so far.

    It also make me nervous when in their support reply, they have a Twitter page that hasn’t had a new Tweet since Oct 2021!

    I’m beginning to think about trying to get my money back before the 7 days refund is up.

    Been using the free version for awhile now, and liked it. Figured I would go to the ‘pro’ version for the added features and to drop the footer advertisement.

    Sorry to hear about your experience @macitpros

    And nearly three weeks after posting my original question no one from support or sales has bothered to respond. I would say that puts the “final nail in the coffin” for this theme. Bummer. I’ve been using it since 2014. Time to move on.

    Hey @macitpros,

    I saw your concern here so I checked it. We received your request on Monday. On Tuesday my technician reached out to me on how to handle it because the screen shot provided did not show the screen we would need to see in order to solve the problem (probably just the wrong file got attached).
    I let him know that the best way to handle this would be for you to provide login credentials so we could fix it for you or to create credentials for us to use to resolve the issue.
    As you stated, you were uncomfortable with that request. Without being able to see the issue (by screen shot or login) we were unable to provide further assistance.

    Nevertheless, I appreciate the frustration with the response time. I have processed your refund to the card provided.

    Regarding the other questions here, apologize for the delay. It looks like my notifications got turned on.
    Customizr is very stable and so there are really only two kinds of updates we are making:
    1. Occasional user-requested updates (eg. added icons, etc).
    2. Updates required to stay current with updated WP and PHP versions.

    We do have a Customizr Pro issue cause with PHP 8.2 which is taking focus, although it does not impact the free version of Customizr. As issues creep in, we will continue to address them.

    Thanks for the update @nikeo . Very glad to hear the plugin is still being actively supported and there is no reason to consider moving on to another theme. Issue resolved.

    Thank you @nikeo for the response, both here and to the ticket! It made me a bit nervous to get no response for over a day, then to be asked for access to our WordPress site. If there was a reason given as to why, or some additional information in the ticket I would have been less hesitant. That coupled with the lull in any type response here in the forums, and the link to your Twitter page included in the ticket signature, gave me more reason for concern.

    I really liked the free theme, which has been working great for a long while now. If I gave the wrong screenshot, I do apologize. I’ll happily pay for the Pro version if we can get the issue resolved. I’ll followup in the ticket, and do appreciate your responsiveness and the work you’re doing!
